1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential Delays: High volume periods or service issues with carriers may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you via email if we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options within the USA:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 150$.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico.
Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NanoBite is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nanobitetoothpaste@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes using [CARRIER NAME, e.g., USPS]. We are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. boxes.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
NanoBite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
